  • Step 2 - Design

    • Receive a selection of fabrics to choose from based on our conversation.
    • Explore a range of materials, finishes, shapes, usage & other elements.
    • Make your final decision and let us know your picks.
    • Bring your furniture to the studio / our team will collect your furniture to start working right away!

  • Step 3 - Delivery

    • When your custom order is ready – we’ll schedule your furniture’s delivery / you can pick your furniture up.
    • Receive use and care instructions for your reupholstered furniture.
    • Our team is here to help post-installation as well.

How many fabrics can I choose from?

We have a wide range of more than 100 fabrics to choose from. And we get new ones pretty often!!

Can you help me out if I’m not sure what will be ideal for my furniture?

During our consultation call, we will hear your ideas, analyze your furniture and come up with additional expert proposals to work with.

Do I need to send my furniture over to your studio or will you pick them up at my place?

Op 1: Depending on your location, our team will pick your furniture up to get it safely to our studio.

Op 2: After our consultation call, we’ll let you know all the necessary information for you to drop your furniture off at our studio. 

Op 3: It’ll depend on your location and your furniture’s size. We’ll discuss these options after our consultation call. 

How can I prepare for my consultation call?

While these steps aren’t required to schedule a consultation call – we highly recommend following them to help us to streamline the process.

  • Identify & take pictures of the furniture in your home that will be reupholstered.
  • Compile a series of images & colours to take inspiration from.

Do you offer swatches?

Upon request, we can send you a series of swatches to help you select the perfect colour, texture, and materials for your furniture decor.
